We had an excellent Easter. Church, lunch with family, and a relaxing afternoon at my husband's parents.

 Loved dressing up my little man in his cute sweater and stylin' pants.
 I always love seeing him laugh.
 He thought the Easter eggs were pretty awesome. He loved shaking and eating them. Next year will be fun when he can do an Easter egg hunt.
I made my Easter tradition, Tabbouleh. (recipe coming soon)

I love the texture and the fresh taste! Perfect spring main or side dish.

I had also looked through my new issue of Better Homes and Gardens this past week and had to try the mango carrot cake. It was delicious! Here is the video tutorial.
